All 4 properties include high-end VIP Services already (Restrictions apply) but there is also an incredible upgrade package you can add if desired to make your vacation even more luxurious.

911 FYI - Note that when you subtract "ALL" the services/amenities included "daily" in the price already (Averages around $600-$800 per day) these are not only some of the nicest/luxurious houses in all of Jaco but probably the BEST DEAL as well.

- Oversee Your Vacation/Keep On Schedule

Note: There is 1 Butler that is shared by 2 properties for 10 hours per day (4 pm to 2 am). This one and the house right next door are almost identical. Concierges will help as well so you will be taken care of better than at a 5 Star Resort.
HOW TO QUALIFY FOR FREE SERVICES
IT’S ACTUALLY QUITE EASY! ALL tours, airport transfers (unless renting cars), fishing/private boat charters, and other services must ALL be booked with Jaco Luxury By The Beach Customer Service after you book. If this is not complied with you will not receive any of the service in the Standard Package for Free.
Note the restrictions are easy to agree to as we will give you great prices for all the services, boats, airport transfers, DJs, massages, and tours you need for your vacation (Ask us for a Prices Sheet). If you accept the Free Services and you wind up not complying with the rules after you arrive you will need to reimburse us for all the services used from your deposit (Prices will be on Price Sheet).
