The Living Room has a seating area and a brand new renovated kitchen, bluetooth speaker, couch, and an outside patio with seating and ocean views. DETAILS:
Funny but true – Our showers have 2 big bottles of good shampoos. 1 conditioner and 1 bottle of soap gel. Most other rentals have a little bar of generic soap and a small hotel style bottle of average shampoo if you are lucky. We are luxury compared to most other rentals in Jaco and it’s not even close.

Plus we give you free coffee/tea and a ton of other things which is a great perk as you know if any of you are coffee / tea drinkers. And a big bonus is we will “Not Gouge” you after you book which will also save you a ton of money.

If you want Luxury/Modern/Great Amenities and a “Vacation of a “Lifetime” then stay with us but if you just want an average vacation at best then get your dice out and stay anywhere and hope for the best….it’s that simple. Sorry to sound arrogant but that is the honest truth! We have been doing this for over 10 years so we are really good at what we do!

We have 2 fantastic menus. One amazing regular menu & one Teppanyaki menu.

We just spent over 25k to update the kitchen. The kitchen & kitchen island now have new granite counters and new cabinets. Also seating around the kitchen island. We also added a 4 foot Teppanyaki Flat Grill so our chefs can cook you an amazing Teppanyaki lunch or dinner along with our regular menu.

Yes, the Teppanyaki menu is like having your own Benihana’s on your property. Have our chefs cook you the freshest seafood & steak Costa Rica has to offer!! And “WOW” the sushi!
