Note: There is 1 Butler that is shared by 2 properties for 10 hours per day (4 pm to 2 am). This one and the house right next door are almost identical. Concierges will help as well so you will be taken care of better than at a 5 Star Resort.
CONCIERGE SERVICE
Our local hospitality all-star concierges along with butler will become an invaluable party of your trip. They will work with your butler to help you with your needs morning, day & night and keep your vacation running smoothly. They also take you out to the restaurants and bars/disco’s for those who want to partake in the nighttime activities in Jaco.
CHEF SERVICE
Is included for breakfasts & dinners if you comply with the restrictions. Groceries and pre-tip ($1.50 pp per meal) are NOT INCLUDED – You can add a lunch chef for an extra $45 per day. We will send you menu options upon request to see all of your choices and food costs. Chef service is one of the best parts of your vacation as you will wake up to an incredible breakfast to start the day and enjoy an amazing dinner ranging from steak, bbq ribs, pasta, paella, chicken, seafood, salads, veggie options & more (And yes you can get appetizers & desserts as well if desired)!
Note the average price for a group of 14 for a breakfast & dinner chef is around $225 per day (Groceries & tip not included). So this is a UNBELIEVABLY HUGE SAVINGS for your group!

NIGHTTIME DOORMAN
They will be there to greet you when arrive at the property and make sure nobody unauthorized enters your property when you leave. This gives you great peace of mind as you go back and forth from the house daily to do other activities. Not many houses offer this amenity in Jaco so this is a great perk to have for your vacation.
DAILY MAID SERVICE
Will arrive in the morning and start cleaning the pool and common areas. Then they will start cleaning the bedrooms as people start to wake up. If you do not want them to clean your room please let them know. If you are sleep past 11 am your room will not be cleaned that day.
Tours
Jaco Beach, Costa Rica is home to some of the best tours & excursions in the country. Some are based in Jaco while others not far away. From Zip Lining (Famous in Costa Rica) flying through the trees, learning to surf in the Pacific Ocean, rappelling down a waterfall (Canyoning), to riding ATV’s through streams to waterfalls in the mountains we offer tours that fit every group’s wants and needs. White water rafting is only 1.5 hours away as well as Manuel Antonio National Park where you can see the nicest beaches in Costa Rica along with monkeys, sloths and other wildlife. Or if you just want to chill, do the Crocodile or Monkey tour as you go down a river relaxing on a boat while seeing animals, wildlife, and nature. And of course Party Boats and Private Boats to Tortuga Island are always a great way to spend your day.

For an extra fee of $1000 we can coordinate your entire wedding better and way less expensive than most all others. After you book we will send you a price sheet of all the services we offer for a wedding and you will see how our prices are very hard to beat – Chefs, Food, Bartenders, Florists, Decorations, DJs/Bands, Rental Tables/Chairs, Photographer, Food Servers, & More!
CUSTOMER SERVICE
After you book we will send you attachments of all the options you have for your trip including tours and airport transfers. Our Customer Service Department will then help you plan your trip from A to Z until you are happy with you itinerary. So by the time you walk off that plane in Costa Rica you are stress-free & your trip is ready to go!
NOTE : Liquor / Beer / Groceries / Snacks / Fruits / Beverages are NOT INCLUDED with the rental of the property and must be supplied separately by the clients. We can assist you with your shopping needs before arrival so your house is pre-stocked if desired or you can stop at a grocery store on your way to Jaco.
